Концептуальні основи управління потоками в системі логістичного забезпечення Збройних Сил України

Досліджується проблема управління інформаційними та матеріальними потоками у системі логістичного забезпечення ЗС України. Розглянуто функції, які покладаються на систему логістичного забезпечення ЗС України. Використовуючи метод аналізу систем та одну із функцій логістичного забезпечення, а саме технічне обслуговування та відновлення озброєння та військової техніки запропоновано структуру виконавчої системи логістичного забезпечення та розроблено структуру інформаційних потоків, які протікають у системі логістичного забезпечення на усіх рівнях ієрархії від стратегічного до тактичного.
Визначено, що ефективне управління інформаційними потоками буде залежати від ступені автоматизації системи логістичного забезпечення. Запропоновано складові автоматизованої системи управління, на основі яких система управління автоматично буде прогнозувати потребу військових частин (підрозділів) у матеріально-технічних засобах, визначати на який час їх необхідно подати, у якому об’ємі та оптимальний маршрут їх підвезення.
