THE METHOD CHOICE OF NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IMPLEMENTATION IN ROAD TRANSPORT OF ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract


The information technologies current status and development forecast in road transport control systems in Armed Forces of Ukraine were considered. Information technology selection was requested to implement on the basis of the theory and practice of projects and programs management. The task of making decision methods choice on the projects selection of information technology implementation in military transport was set. The classification of tasks and making decision methods under determinacy, risk and uncertainty conditions was conducted. The tree decision method, algorithm and approaches to the selection of making decision methods were presented. The proposed approach to selection of making decision methods regarding tasks of projects selection in the activities of organizational and technical systems on the basis of tree decision method provides an opportunity to formalize and automate the task of new information technologies implementation, for instance in Armed Forces of Ukraine activities.
