The article is devoted a construction functionally to the steady system and passing to radio-location information. It is suggested to carry out providing of functional stability due to introduction and surplus between the structural elements of the system. In the article accepted, that on the knots of commutation it is possible to realize the frequent reserving of elements, realize protecting from facilities of defeat the opponent and the same decide the questions of increase and reliability, vitality and fault tolerance. Also in the article influence of correcting connection is considered on functional stability of the system. Because of character tne hierarchical construction of the existent system of passing to radio-location information, researches were conducted by a count model, the questions the construction optimum of coherent structures were namely examined. It was also shown that at the set amount of tops and ribs the different optimum structures of count can correspond different probabilities of existence of rib. It was there shown that the maximal amount of coverings trees answers maximal probability and coherentness not always. Thus, on the basis of the presented improved method it is possible optimum appearance to enter correctings connections, the same to promote functional stability of structure.References
