THE SIMULATION METHOD OF THE VOLTAIRE SYSTEMS OBSERVATION PROCESS IN THE CONDUCTING OPERATIONS ZONE AS THE NEW INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY ELEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT CONDITION ADAPTIVE ECOLOGICAL MONITORING

Abstract


The purpose of the providing ecological safety of Armed Forces of Ukraine activity is implementing the state ecological policy in military area which ensures the effective problems solving by the Armed Forces when the minimum environmental impact. The natural environment protection is one of the primary goals of environmental safety maintenance during conducting operations.

The necessity reasons of maintaining environmental safety of Armed Forces of Ukraine activity are caused by the existence of factors which constantly affect and negatively influence on environment, staff and population health, adverse ecological situation in the arias of combat operations and the account of its affecting on missions execution by Armed Forces. For the solving the above mentioned tasks, the question of simulation method application of the Voltaire systems observation process in the conducting operations zone for decision-making support in the adaptive system of the environment condition ecological monitoring was considered in the paper.
