SISTEMOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF CREATING REAL TIME COMPLEX INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UNDER INFLUENCE OF RANDOM FACTORS

Abstract


The complexity of management processes in modern information management systems caused by the need to perform the focused operations totality of data collection, information processing, decision-making in terms of a limited type of time and bringing them to executive elements. The fundamental problems of creating information and control systems is that such systems are functioning in real space – time and solving management tasks occurs under the influence of objective and subjective factors.

The article contains the questions of modern complex information management system creation with accounting all basic system technical aspects: economic, technical and psychological. It is shown the actuality of using ergaprofical approach when synthesis and analysis of functioning systems under the influence of random factors. The psychical properties that have importance when deciding by a human operator in the context of selection variability at the bifurcation point.
