THE MODEL OF SCHEDULING SYSTEM OF FACILITIES RESOURCES IN DATA-COMPUTING NETWORK OF AN AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM

Abstract


The article proposes approaches for modeling of a scheduling system for the facilities assignment in the
control center of an automated control system. A control model of the data-computing network is studied. It was
proved that the planning process of the facilities assignment constitutes a government base. A review of
scheduling methods of facilities and the characteristic objective functions for a scheduling system in the datacomputing
network is proposed. There was suggested a use of the utility function in order to receive the
processing effect in every specific time point.
